Our preparatory course with portfolio preparation can be attended all year round. The preparatory course can be started every Monday at 10:00 a.m. The respective duration can be extended monthly.
Most of our students begin their preparatory studies at the beginning of September or the beginning of the year in preparation for the start of the winter and summer semesters. In 2024, a recommended start date is September 9, 2024, and in January, January 13, 2025.
Our highlight: In addition to many analogue techniques, you will learn how to use the most important graphics programs and apps in relation to digital design.

In our 4-month variant contains everything you need for a successful application to a university or academy. You create your portfolio and are given extensive theoretical and practical knowledge related to your desired course of study.

The 6-month variant is suitable for those who, beyond the 4-month basic course, would like to be more specifically prepared and supported for the respective oral and practical university exams. More and more universities also give homework that must be completed within a predetermined period of time. We support you here with all our know-how. This offer also includes the basics of various graphics programs.

Course III: 12 months
The 12-month variant is suitable for those who want to dedicate a whole year to preparatory design studies and want to prepare extensively for their respective degree program, both technically and creatively. During the holidays, the studio can be used independently by arrangement. Be there and experience a premium class preparatory course.

Some need orientation in the question of which subject is the right one for them, others want to compare which portfolio course is the right one. Class-free periods
Independent work in the studio during the holidays and at weekends is possible by arrangement. Individual meetings with lecturers can be arranged.
There are no classes on public holidays and long weekends. Independent work in the studio is possible.

FINANCES AND SO...
Before starting the course, ask your local tax office, for example, how you can use the course fees/materials/travel costs for tax purposes. What many people don't know, even if you are not yet working, is that current expenses for your career preparation/training/studies etc. can have a positive impact on your future tax burden.
If your parents support you, they can also claim the fees in their tax return under certain circumstances, especially if you no longer live at home, the education allowance applies.
With our course confirmation, you will also continue to receive child benefit (under 25 years) and can get the discounted Germany ticket (approx. 30€ / month) as well as discounts on entry to many museums.
