Media design / time-based media

The media design / time-based media course focuses on the audiovisual media sector. This represents the essential differentiation to classic communication design, in which the print media are much more at the center of the work. In addition to the classic training for film and video, the areas of 2D and 3D animation are taught as well as the design and implementation of interactive and multimedia media concepts.
The students are given in-depth knowledge and experience of design - from strictly purposeful application to free artistic experiment. In addition, there is a broad technological basis.

Graduates leave the universities as specialists for a wide range of tasks in the media. For example, you work in production studios, radio or television, in publishing houses, in advertising and multimedia agencies.
